color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Travel Company, LLC d\/b\/a LBC Travel Company (\u201cLBC\u201d and\/or \u201cwe\/us\/our\u201d) and you, the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">purchaser or traveler (\u201cClient\u201d and \u201cpassenger\u201d and \u201cyou\/your\u201d). By planning travel with LBC,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">you agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that LBC acts solely as a booking agent&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">for disclosed principal supplier tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services (\u201cSupplier(s)\u201d) and is&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">not the source or provider of the travel services. These terms include warranties and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">disclaimers and exclusions of liability and may restrict your rights and remedies and provide&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">protection to LBC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. USE OF LBC SERVICES, ACCESS AND INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS<\/p>\n<p>You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">this Agreement and to make travel bookings with LBC. You agree to be financially responsible&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">for all travel bookings you make with us, whether made on behalf of yourself or for other&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">members of your traveling party. You warrant that all information supplied by you on behalf of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">yourself, members of your household, or others for whom you are authorized to transact&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">business with us is true and accurate. You agree that you will only make legitimate reservations&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">or purchases with LBC and its Suppliers, and you acknowledge that, without limitation, any&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>LBC accepts all bookings solely as the booking agent for the travel Suppliers on your itinerary.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Separate Supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">related goods and services that you select, and you understand and agree that by booking&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">travel through LBC, you are also agreeing to the booking terms of each Supplier partner you&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">have selected for your itinerary. You agree that you will abide by the terms and conditions of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">purchase imposed by any Supplier that you have selected as a service provider on an itinerary&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">you have approved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>LBC is not liable or responsible for any arrangements made independently of LBC. LBC assumes&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">no responsibility for costs or fees you incur for independent arrangements not booked through&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LBC, inclusive of, but not limited to, airline, hotel, excursion, and travel protection related&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">charges. If you make your own flight arrangements, LBC is not responsible for any loss resulting&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">from cancellation or changes in international gateways, itineraries, or travel dates, and cannot&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">assist you with any schedule changes or delays related to air reservations you have made on&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">your own arrangement. It may not be possible to earn frequent flyer or other loyalty points for&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">reservations on your itinerary. With limited exceptions, hotel and airline rewards or points&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">cannot be redeemed for travel arrangements made by LBC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>LBC is an Independent Contractor of Inteletravel, California Seller of Travel 2091941-40, Florida&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">ST32452, Washington 602 735 106. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">approval by the State of California.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2. RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS AND OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to correct errors. In the event of any pricing error or omission, we reserve&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the right to adjust such pricing or make any other corrections. All offers, incentives and Supplier&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. You are advised to&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">confirm reservations well in advance of your anticipated dates of travel to avoid&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">disappointment, increases in fares and additional late booking fees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS<\/p>\n<p>You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">out of your travel bookings through LBC. By submitting a credit card authorization form to LBC,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">you agree to allow LBC to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Suppliers on your behalf. EXCEPTING IN CASES 0F FRAUD, YOU AGREE NOT T0 FILE ANY DISPUTE&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID OR VIOLATE ANY BOOKING TERMS&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">AND CONDITIONS OF LBC OR ITS SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES OF&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF LBC OR ITS&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">SUPPLIERS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHARGEBACK, REVERSE OR RECOLLECT A PREVIOUSLY&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">AUTHORIZED TRIP PAYMENT, LBC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH CHARGEBACK, REVERSAL OR RECOLLECTION,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY FEES.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>All payments for travel are due prior to departure according to each Supplier\u2019s terms and&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">conditions of booking. You understand that failure to make final payment or any violation of a&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Supplier\u2019s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations, in your being&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">denied access to any flights, tours, hotels, cruises, or other travel services, or in your forfeiting&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">any monies paid for your reservations. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">made and under deposit. You may not be entitled to a refund if you change or cancel your&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">travel plans after confirmation of a booking. All cancellation requests must be sent to LBC in&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">writing. As a result of cancellation or changes to confirmed bookings, LBC&amp;#39;s and third-party&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Supplier\u2019s cancellation penalties will apply. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">or other payment method you authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Supplier\u2019s refund.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">and you will be responsible for any increases in cost imposed by the Supplier, as well as any LBC&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">or Supplier change fees. All requests for changes to a booking must be made in writing to LBC.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">When tour, cruise or package prices are based on Suppliers\u2019 contract rates, you will not be&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">entitled to any refund for any unused portion of travel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING TSA AND DHS ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>It is the responsibility of each Client to obtain and carry a valid passport book, visa(s), and all&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">other documents required by applicable government regulations. Passport cards are not&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">accepted for most international travel. When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">advise that everyone carry acceptable identification in order to board a flight. Acceptable&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">identification can be found at&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tsa.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.tsa.gov\/<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&nbsp;and examples include DHS-designated&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">enhanced driver\u2019s license, US passport, or a foreign government passport.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Certain countries will not admit a passenger if their passport expires within six (6) months of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the anticipated date of return. Non-United States citizens may require additional&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">documentation, and you are responsible to make LBC aware when traveling on a passport from&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">a country other than the United States of America. LBC neither controls nor warrants the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">issuance of visas or approval of visa waivers related to your travel. Should a visa not be issued,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LBC is not responsible for lost payments made toward your trip. Please note that rules of each&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">country regarding entry and exit may change at any time.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Children and infants may also require travel documents. Minors traveling with one parent,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">and\/or without both parents, may be stopped and not admitted, unless authenticated and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">verified consent forms are provided to the authorities; please see&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.cbp.gov\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/help.cbp.gov<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">&nbsp;for&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">additional information. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency requires that for&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">groups of children under age 19 arriving to the United States by land or sea from contiguous&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">territory and traveling with a school group, religious group, social or cultural organization, or&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">sports team, may also present an original or copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Report of Birth Abroad, or a Naturalization Certificate. Parental or legal guardian consent must&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">be provided to the supervising adult or group leader in writing.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the same such data that is listed on your tickets and booking records. CONTACT LBC IMMEDIATELY IF CHANGES OR&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED. IF YOU HAVE NOT NOTIFIED US OF NECESSARY CORRECTIONS TO&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR TRAVEL&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">DOCUMENTS, LBC BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">MAKING NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>5. INDIVIDUAL ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>Each country holds different views of past criminal offenses, whether within or outside of their&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">boundaries. IMMUNIZATIONS AND HEALTH SCREENINGS<\/p>\n<p>You must have the proper immunizations and health screenings and required documentation of&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">such immunizations and screenings before travel. LBC shall not assume responsibility for the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">accuracy of health, vaccination, or documentation requirements prior to departure or upon&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">landing at the final destination. In some cases, required inoculations must be recorded by&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Client\u2019s health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which the Client must carry for&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">proof of inoculation. If you are concerned about taking any medications or receiving certain&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">inoculations, check with your health practitioner BEFORE booking. LBC urges Clients to remain&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">informed on a daily basis as to current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">booking travel to international destinations. Information on health and safety conditions in&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">destinations can be found at http:\/\/www.state.gov, http:\/\/www.tsa.gov, http:\/\/www.dot.gov,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">http:\/\/www.faa.gov, http:\/\/www.cdc.gov, and http:\/\/www.cbp.gov. The Smart Traveler&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by going to https:\/\/step.state.gov\/step\/<\/span><\/p>\n<p>BY OFFERING FOR SALE TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, LBC DOES NOT REPRESENT OR&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND SHALL NOT BE&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LIABLE FOR COSTS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">DESTINATIONS. CLIENT\u2019S PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH EVENTS AT&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">CLIENT\u2019S OWN RISK.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">In the event of emergent health or safety concerns, once LBC has investigated the prevailing&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">situation, LBC shall have the sole and absolute discretion whether to proceed with any LBC&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">escorted trip or private departure, or to make alterations to the itinerary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>8. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS<\/p>\n<p>Federal law prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials on the aircraft.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">(1) Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in the passenger\u2019s&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">luggage or on the passenger\u2019s person. A violation can result in five years\u2019 imprisonment and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radio- active&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">radiopharmaceuticals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(2) There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">toilet articles carried in the passenger\u2019s luggage and certain smoking materials carried on the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">passenger\u2019s person. For further information, each passenger should contact the relevant airline&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">representative(s) on their itinerary. INSECTICIDE NOTICE<\/p>\n<p>We recommend that you refer to the DOT list of airports in countries that require airlines to&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">treat the passenger cabin with insecticides prior to the flight or while on the aircraft. This list is&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">on the DOT\u2019s website and is updated from time to time: http:\/\/www.dot.gov\/office-<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">policy\/aviation-policy\/aircraft-disinsection-requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>10. AIR TRAVEL, SCHEDULE RECONFIRMATION, CHECK-IN<\/p>\n<p>Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the air carrier, even if you purchase through&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LBC. If you purchase air travel through LBC, you acknowledge and agree that LBC does not have&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the right to control the operations of independent airlines, and agree that LBC is not liable for&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">any personal injury, property damage related to your purchase of air tickets or air travel,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">including, but not limited to any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, or delay caused by&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">any act, error or omission of the airline, including their failure to deliver services, partial or&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">inadequate delivery of services, airline policies including refund or rebooking policies, fees for&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">checked or carry-on luggage, fuel increases, bankruptcy or cessation of operations.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LBC shall not assume any responsibility for any air schedule changes. In rare instances, upon&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">departure from a country, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only, and may vary in&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">price. Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">return flights, as well as forfeiture of airfares.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Airline e-tickets expire a year from issue date unless carrier fare rules in passenger\u2019s itinerary&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">fare provide otherwise.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Due to enhanced security, it is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">for international flights. Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">time for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior for international flights.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Frequent Flyer mileage accrual is at the discretion of the airline(s). LBC has no liability if accural&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">of miles or points is denied or if upgrades are not allowed. Many airlines do not permit&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">upgrades on airfare purchased in certain fare classes or when using frequent flyer miles, loyalty&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">status or certificates.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Seat assignments are not guaranteed even after they are assigned, and LBC has no control over&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">airline seat assignments. Most airlines charge a fee to pre book a seat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>11. LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE<\/p>\n<p>LBC acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal Suppliers and is not the source or&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">provider of any travel service. Each Supplier is an independent entity with its own management&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">and is not subject to the control of LBC. The Suppliers whose names appear in travel&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">documentation are those actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">you consent to the use of those Suppliers.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">The Supplier may determine that alterations in itinerary are necessary for any number of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">reasons, including but not limited to severe weather. Any alterations to an itinerary are at the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">sole discretion of the Supplier, and LBC bears no responsibility for any changes.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">BECAUSE LBC ACTS AS AGENT FOR DISCLOSED PRINCIPAL SUPPLIERS AND DOES NOT HAVE THE&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">RIGHT TO CONTROL THE OPERATIONS OF SUCH INDEPENDENT OPERATORS AND SUPPLIERS,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">YOU AGREE THAT LBC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF THESE SERVICES. LBC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHETHER&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">INDIRECT DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">PRINCIPAL SUPPLIER BOOKING THROUGH LBC, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">ANY ACT, ERROR, OMISSION, INJURY, LOSS, ACCIDENT, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">BE INCURRED THROUGH THE FAULT, NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL ACTS, OMISSIONS OR OTHERWISE&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">OF SUCH SUPPLIER, OR OF ANY SUPPLIER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">SERVANTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR FAILURE T0&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">DELIVER 0R THEIR PARTIAL OR INADEQUATE DELIVERY OF SERVICES, THEIR CANCELLATlON AND&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">REFUND POLICIES, FUEL INCREASES, BANKRUPTCY, OR CESSATION OF OPERATIONS AND OTHER&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">MATTERS OUTSIDE OF LBC\u2019S CONTROL, AND YOU HEREBY EXONERATE LBC FROM ANY LIABILITY&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LBC HAS SOLELY RECEIVED COMMISSION AND FEES FOR TRAVEL TRANSACTIONS AND CLIENT&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY RECOVERY FROM LBC WILL BE LIMITED TO THE&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">AMOUNT OF COMMISSION AND FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY LBC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>12. FORCE MAJEURE<\/p>\n<p>LBC will not be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, for any&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">facilities, including web host and internet service provider, breakdown or malfunction of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">equipment, destruction of or serious damage to facilities, natural catastrophes including, but&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">not limited to extreme weather events, floods and volcanic eruptions, governmental acts or&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">availability of raw materials or energy, and any other unforeseen circumstance which is beyond&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the control of LBC. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON ALL<\/span><\/p>\n<p>TRIPS.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, each of LBC\u2019s Suppliers have terms and conditions which include Force Majeure&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">provisions. In the event that a Force Majeure event occurs, those Suppliers may be entitled to,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary, postpone or cancel any itinerary or&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund to you as a result of the non-<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in the sole and absolute discretion of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the Supplier pursuant to their policies, although LBC shall use its reasonable efforts to secure&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">reimbursement for you where possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>13. CLIENT CONDUCT<\/p>\n<p>Each participant in any trip escorted or booked by LBC is expected to act responsibly and&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">adhere to all behavior guidelines established by LBC and our Suppliers, including adhering to&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">dress codes at religious or cultural sites, or Supplier dress codes. LBC and all local Suppliers&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">reserve the right to remove you from any facility, hotel or resort property, tour location or&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">means of transportation if your health or your conduct appears to endanger yourself or others,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">disrupts the general well-being of other clients on any element of your trip, or interferes with&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the operation or security of the places you visit. In any such case, there will be no refund.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">When you book with LBC, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">paid directly at the time to the accommodation owner or manager or other Supplier. You must&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">indemnify LBC for the full amount of any claim (also including legal costs) made against us. We&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">are not responsible for any costs incurred concerning a guest removed from a trip, or any&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">portion of a trip. Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">responsibility of the participant.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Any transportation, possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">your trip and may result in prosecution by law enforcement authorities. You are responsible for&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">knowing and observing the licensing laws for drug possession (including prescription and over&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the counter drugs) for all countries and states you are visiting. Laws may require you to carry a&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">prescription from your doctor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>14. TRAVEL INSURANCE<\/p>\n<p>LBC OFFERS ACCESS TO TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT PASSENGERS AND THEIR INVESTMENT&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">IN TRAVEL. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED, TRAVEL INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">OF CLIENT\u2019S ITINERARY TO PROTECT AGAINST THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER DEFAULT\/BANKRUPTCY&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">PROTECTION, DELAY, INTERRUPTION, MISSED CONNECTION FOR CRUISES, CANCELLATION,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">MEDICAL EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION\/EVACUATION &amp;amp; REPATRIATION, BAGGAGE &amp;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">PERSONAL EFFECTS\/LOST LUGGAGE &amp;amp; BAGGAGE DELAY, ILLNESS, JOB LOSS PROTECTION AND&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">CHANGE OF PLANS, ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISABILITY, TRAVEL ACCIDENT\/SICKNESS&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">MEDICAL EXPENSES, AND MORE. PROPER INSURANCE MAY PROTECT YOU FROM FINANCIAL&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LOSS IN ALMOST ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Without appropriate travel insurance, you understand&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">and agree that if you cancel or interrupt your travel for any reason, portions of the trip\/tour&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">may not be refunded and LBC\u2019s and travel Suppliers\u2019 cancellation penalties will apply resulting&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">in the loss of monies up to the full cost of Client\u2019s travel booking and related costs. The&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">purchase of travel insurance is not required in order to purchase any other product or service&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">offered by LBC, however if you decline to purchase insurance, LBC may require that you&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">execute an insurance waiver. LBC is not a licensed insurance broker, and its advisors are not&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">qualified or authorized to answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, and conditions&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">of any of the insurance offered, nor evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured\u2019s existing&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">insurance coverage. An additional charge applies for any travel insurance selected. It is your&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">responsibility to know what your insurance policy covers, and to put alternative coverage in&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">place, if you wish to insure for conditions that are excluded by your policy. LBC CANNOT&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">GUARANTEE THAT ANY INSURANCE PROVIDER WILL APPROVE COVERAGE FOR A CLAIM MADE&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">UNDER THE INSURER\u2019S POLICY AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE EXTENT OF&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">COVERAGE FOR ANY POLICY IT MAY OFFER OR QUOTE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>15. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Updated versions of the Terms will be provided to Clients, will be posted on our website and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">are effective immediately on posting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>16. GENERAL<\/p>\n<p>The laws of the State of Texas govern these Terms and Conditions. You hereby consent to the&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Tarrant County, Texas in all disputes arising out of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">or relating to travel bookings with LBC. Any claim against LBC must be brought within 12&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">months after the date of the completion of the trip and not later. LBC shall not in any case be&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">liable for damages other than compensatory damages, and you waive any right to claim&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">punitive or exemplary damages. You agree that you may only bring claims in your individual&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">capacity and not as plaintiffs or class members in any class action, proposed or purported class&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">action, or other representative action, regardless of the type of proceeding. You expressly agree&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">to waive and forego any and all rights to bring any such class actions, purported or proposed&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">class actions, or representative actions.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">agreement shall continue in effect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitute&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">the entire agreement between the Client and LBC with respect to travel bookings made with&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">LBC by any means, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between Client and LBC with respect to&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">communications with LBC.
